Activities

YH Support Services understands the importance of group and center activities for individuals with disabilities. We provide our participants with the opportunity to participate in group and center activities that cater to their interests, abilities and support needs. Our team works closely with participants and their support networks to identify activities that align with their NDIS plan goals and objectives.

Our services under Group/Centre Activities include:

• Facilitating participation in social and recreational activities
• Supporting participants to access community-based activities
• Providing opportunities for participants to interact with peers and build new friendships
• Encouraging participation in hobbies and interests
• Supporting participants to access community resources and facilities
• Providing support and assistance during group and center activities

Our team of experienced and knowledgeable staff will work with participants to develop a plan of action that will help them achieve their goals and aspirations. We understand that everyone is different and that’s why we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each participant.

In addition, we also provide regular reviews to track the progress of participants and make necessary changes to the plan. Our goal is to empower our participants to lead an independent and fulfilling life by providing them with the necessary support and assistance.
